As posted here previously, we’ll be hosting several Infinite Campus product demonstrations at the ELSC on Tuesday, September 18th, and Wednesday, September 19th.  I have worked with Angela Billman to create a feedback sheet for all sessions.  If you have an interest in seeing the feedback questions, follow this link to view the document.  For those interested in the session schedule, here it is:

Tuesday, 9/18

Time: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Session Title: Office Functions

Audience: Secretaries from across the district

Description: This session will cover core features such as the Infinite Campus Census — household, address, phone numbers, demographics.  Attendance process and behavior management will be covered here as well.

Time: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Session Title: Scheduling

Audience: District personnel that create and maintain secondary student schedules

Description: This session will show the various Infinite Campus tools used to create schedules for middle and high school students– building the master schedule to loading student requests.

Time: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Session Title: Campus Instruction

Audience: Teachers

Description:  In this session teachers will see the tools Infinite Campus uses for teachers to take attendance, the grade book, and view student demographic information.  There’s still plenty of room, please use this form to sign up if you wish to attend.

Wednesday, 9/19

Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Session Title: Health Management

Audience: School nurses and health secretaries

Description:  This session will show the various Infinite Campus tools related to tracking and reporting on health information.  This would include immunization records, current and historical health conditions, medications, and daily health office visit tracking.

Time: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Session Title: Infinite Campus Integrations

Audience: Transportation, food service, and accounting/finance personnel.

Description:  This session will outline the various ways and processes Infinite Campus uses to exchange information with other information systems such as transportation routing software, food service systems, and account/finance software.
