We are pleased to announce that the School Board approved the official device for our high school students next year.  After input from all four high schools, we landed with a Dell Chromebook. The specific model approved for purchase is a Dell Chromebook 3100 2-in-1.  This device offers an 11-inch touch screen, a 360° hinge (turns into a tablet), and two cameras, one being world-facing (in tablet mode only). A case will be provided with the device, as well. 

The Technology Department is putting in countless hours to plan, implement, coordinate, enroll, and deliver all 5500 devices by the first part of August to the buildings.
