New Infinite Campus Support Process

My team is excited to announce that we have a new, simpler Infinite Campus support process.  Starting today, if you have a question or a problem using Infinite Campus, simply email the question/issue to
This will automatically create a support ticket for you to track your question/issue.  A member of my team will route your ticket to the person who can best help you.  Our hope is that this process will remove a lot of confusion about who the best contact person is for specific Infinite Campus questions.  And, it will provide my team with a much more effective way to track and stay on top of reported issues.
